Welcome to Good Income, a platform owned and operated by Kheewa Incorporation (Company, we, our, or us). These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications, services, products, and related platforms (collectively referred to as the Platform).

By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you (User, Affiliate, Seller, Franchise Partner, or Customer) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree that:

=> You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
=> Your use of the Platform will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of Kheewa Incorporation.

Definitions

=> User means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
=> Affiliate refers to registered individuals or partners who promote products/services and earn incentives.
=> Seller refers to any business listing or selling products/services on the Platform.
=> Franchise Partner refers to authorized physical outlets associated with Good Income.
=> Services refer to all offerings by Kheewa Incorporation, including consultancy, marketing, e-commerce solutions, affiliate programs, and business development services.

Scope of Services

Kheewa Incorporation provides a comprehensive range of services including but not limited to:

=> Business consultancy and MSME growth solutions.
=> Digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
=> E-commerce store setup, catalog management, and digital payment solutions.
=> Affiliate marketing programs for income generation and customer acquisition.
=> Franchise and offline network support for business expansion.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

User Accounts

=> To access certain features, you may need to register and create an account.
=> You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
=> You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
=> Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to support@goodincome.in.
=> Kheewa Incorporation reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

Affiliate & Seller Responsibilities

=> Affiliates must promote products/services ethically and in compliance with Kheewa Incorporation’s guidelines.
=> Sellers must ensure the accuracy, legality, and quality of their listed products.
=> Misrepresentation, false advertising, or spam-based promotion is strictly prohibited.
=> Commission or payout eligibility is subject to completion of verified transactions and adherence to company policies.

Franchise Partner Terms

=> Franchise partners act as authorized offline representatives of Good Income.
=> They must maintain brand integrity, customer service quality, and operational compliance.
=> Breach of franchise standards may result in suspension or revocation of partnership.
=> Any local marketing, recruitment, or promotional activity must align with company branding and communication policy.

Payment & Payouts

=> All payments made to or from the Platform must follow approved channels only.
=> Payouts to affiliates, sellers, or partners are processed based on verified transactions, after applicable taxes and deductions.
=> Automated or API-based payouts (where applicable) may be subject to third-party terms and banking policies.
=> The company is not responsible for delays due to banking systems, third-party payment gateways, or incomplete account information.

Fees & Taxes

=> Some services may require subscription fees, commissions, or other charges.
=> All applicable taxes (GST, TDS, etc.) shall be borne by the respective user as per Indian tax laws.
=> Fee structures may be updated periodically, and continued use implies acceptance of such updates.

Intellectual Property Rights

=> All content, branding, trademarks, software, and materials on the Platform are the exclusive property of Kheewa Incorporation.
=> Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any proprietary material without prior written consent.
=> Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable laws.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

=> Use the Platform for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
=> Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
=> Upload harmful code, spam, or engage in phishing activities.
=> Manipulate commission structures or referral systems unfairly.
=> Impersonate other users or misrepresent affiliation with the company.

Data Privacy

Your personal and transactional information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in accordance with Indian data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

Kheewa Incorporation and its associated brands shall not be held liable for:

=> Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
=> Delays, errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party systems or user actions.
=> Loss of income due to non-compliance, misrepresentation, or technical failures beyond our control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kheewa Incorporation, its directors, employees, and affiliates against all claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use or misuse of the Platform.

Termination

Kheewa Incorporation reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Platform without notice if:

=> You violate these Terms or applicable laws.
=> Your actions cause harm or reputational damage to the Company.
=> Misuse of affiliate or seller systems is detected.

Upon termination, all pending payouts or benefits may be withheld or forfeited as per company policy.

Modifications to Terms

Kheewa Incorporation may revise these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new Last Updated date. Continued use of the Platform implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana, Punjab.
