  • Sellers may ship products across India or within select serviceable locations.
  • Delivery availability depends on PIN code serviceability and logistics partner coverage.
1.3 Shipping Timelines
  • Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are mentioned on each product page.
  • Typical delivery timelines range from 3 to 10 working days.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, logistics disruptions, or regulatory restrictions.
1.4 Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Charges may vary based on product category, weight, dimensions, delivery location, and seller terms.
  • Any additional charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
1.5 Order Tracking
  • Tracking ID and logistics partner details will be shared after shipment.
  • Tracking can be accessed via My Orders on the platform.
1.6 Packaging & Delivery
  • Sellers are responsible for secure packaging.
  • Customers should inspect packages upon delivery.
  • Unboxing videos are recommended for high-value or fragile items.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Cancellation after shipping is not permitted.
  • Requests must be made via My Orders → Cancel Order.
2.2 Seller-Initiated Cancellation
  • Out-of-stock situations
  • Pricing or quality issues
  • Operational constraints
  • Full refund will be issued without deductions
2.3 Refund Timelines
  • Wallet refunds: 1–3 working days
  • Bank refunds: 5–10 working days
